A wing with its own entrance, its own air handling and no dogs in it. Condos have window perches and vertical space, because a cat who can climb is a cat who settles.
Two kinds of condo
Both have a window. One has a staircase.
Every condo is a solid-sided unit, not a wire cage, with a litter area separated from the sleeping shelf. Nothing faces another cat.
Two-Level Condo

A sleeping shelf above, litter and bowls below, and a perch at the window. Right for most single cats and for anyone who mostly wants to be left alone.
Three-Level Suite

18 sq ft · up to two cats
A full-height unit on the south wall with two shelves, a scratching post and the best of the light. Two cats from the same house share it for $12 more.
Daily rate, not a package
Litter, bowls, bedding, feeding to your instructions and oral medication are all in the nightly rate. Stays of fourteen nights or more take 10% off at pickup.
How the wing works
One cat out of its condo at a time.
The wing has a single corridor and a single door. When one cat is out for a stretch, nobody else is. It is slower for us and it is the reason cats here eat on the first day instead of the third.
- ▲Litter scooped morning and evening, box replaced on arrival and every third day
- ▲A twenty-minute stretch in the enclosed sunroom each day, alone, if your cat wants it
- ▲A cat-only staff rotation — nobody comes in straight from the pasture
- ▲No radio, no music, no television. The wing is quiet on purpose
- ▲Feliway diffusers in the corridor, replaced monthly
- ▲One photo a day, same as the dog side
Older cats and medical cats
Fourteen and furious is our specialty.
Roughly a third of our cat guests are over ten. Three of the condos are on the ground level with a ramp instead of a jump, and we keep a heated bed in each of them from October to April.
Subcutaneous fluids, insulin and pill pockets are all fine. Injectables are $8 a dose. Bring the bottle with the pharmacy label on it and we will do the rest.
